Refund policy

Please email us at chicksandwickscandleco@gmail.com with your order number to initiate an exchange or return.

To qualify for an exchange or refund, items must be in like new, resell-able condition and must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving. Returns are for merchandise totals only. Shipping charges are a contracted service and CANNOT be refunded. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returns and exchanges.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of qualified items.  A returns are subject to a  25% restocking fee.   Please allow 5-10 days for credit to appear on your account.

Orders that are cancelled by the customer before the order is processed, will be refunded all monies minus 5% to cover processing fees.
